Need to Return or Exchange?

If you purchased an item from Sea Whistle that does not fit or was not as you expected it can be returned and refunded/exchanged within 14 days of purchase if it is unused and in the condition in which it was sold in.

Discounted and sale items are non refundable but a credit note/gift voucher will be issued unless there was a prior agreement.

If returning items by post please use signed for or tracked to ensure the goods arrive safely.  Postage for return items will only be refunded if the item is genuinely faulty.

Made to order items are not refundable but can be returned and exchanged for an item of similar value or a credit note/gift voucher can be issued.
